Please check in at our Spa Reception Desk at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment. This is the time for your to relax, take a deep breath and leave all your thoughts and problems behind.
PREPARE YOURSELF DRINKS
If you have booked a body treatment or if you are using the Steam Room please ensure that you drink enough water. A balanced level of water will allow your body to benefit from the detoxifying effects of our treatment.
CLOTHING
For your comfort bath robes, towels, and slippers are available in the Spa. To ensure and respect your privacy, the areas of the body not involved in the massage will be covered with a sheet or towel.
CANCELLATION
To reschedule or cancel your appointment please notify the Spa 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid being charged a 50% fee. A credit card is required at the time you book your appointment.
GRATUITY
A 20% service charge will automatically be added for each Spa service you receive. Additional gratuity will be left to the guests’ discretion. If you have any medical concerns at all such as blood pressure, allergies, or if you are pregnant please let us know.
AGE
Guest of the Spa and Fitness center must be at least 16 years of age.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Spa gift certificates are available and can be used towards Spa services or retail products.
